He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Education from East China Normal University in June 1989 and his Master's degree from the Graduate School of China University of Mining and Technology in Beijing in June 1997. He has been actively involved in teaching and research in psychology, organizational behavior, and enterprise management. He has participated in five research projects, authored two books, and published 12 papers.
