The Postdoctoral Programs for Management Science and Engineering at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) was approved in 1998 and was established based on the doctoral program in Management Science and Engineering. This station primarily conducts research in areas such as energy economics and management, energy systems engineering, safety and emergency management, decision theory and risk management, financial engineering and management, as well as theories and methods of enterprise management. The station boasts a rigorous, pragmatic, and innovative research team with rich experience and the technical conditions necessary for significant scientific research in this field. Currently, there are 13 professors and 17 doctoral supervisors, who have led numerous national and provincial-level research projects. Several achievements have earned provincial and ministerial-level awards for scientific and technological progress, resulting in outstanding accomplishments in energy economics and management, coal enterprise management, technology economics, and evaluation.
