In the past five years, the School of Management has achieved remarkable research success, receiving 12 provincial and ministerial-level awards. The school has undertaken 21 national-level projects, including key projects under the National Key Research and Development Program and the National Social Science Fund, as well as more than 30 provincial and ministerial-level projects funded by the Ministry of Education in humanities and social sciences. Additionally, the school has completed 186 other projects, with total research funding exceeding 76 million RMB, and an annual average research funding surpassing 10 million RMB. The per capita research funding of faculty members ranks among the top management schools nationwide.

The faculty has published 433 journal articles, including 150 in SCI/SSCI-indexed journals, 85 in CSSCI-indexed journals, and 31 in EI-indexed journals. Three cases have been selected among the National Top 100 Cases. The faculty has also authored and published 23 monographs and textbooks, led or participated in the formulation of 7 national standards and 9 industry standards, and obtained 16 invention patents and software copyrights.
