Professor Ning Yuncai received his doctoral degree from Beijing University of Science and Technology in June 2001. He is currently engaged in teaching and research in the fields of Techno-Economics and Management, Management Systems Engineering, Investment Project Evaluation Theory and Methods, International Finance, Project Management, and Management Information Systems.
